WYSA Rules & Regulations

The WYSA Rules and Regulations (current version) govern registration, league-specific match rules, discipline, and referees.

The FIFA Laws of the Game (LOTG) are the fundamental rules of the game, which are maintained and released by the IFAB on an annual basis.

• This linked version is used in Manitoba for the 2026 outdoor/single season and 2026/27 indoor season.

The MSA Indoor Rules (current version) were created to cover situations unique to the half-field and quarter-field indoor format in Manitoba.

For the outdoor/single season, the WYSA Rules and Regulations and FIFA LOTG shall apply.

For the indoor season, the WYSA Rules and Regulations, the FIFA LOTG, as well as the MSA Indoor Rules shall apply.
